What do I do if my gift arrives damaged? Contact customerservice@sweetpea-n-memo.com within 48 hrs. of delivery. Generally, if one item or the whole package is damaged in shipment we will send a comparable replacement by the end of the next business day. You must notify customer service within 48 hrs. of delivery to make a claim and receive authorization for replacement. All merchandise and shipping materials must be retained as these may need to be inspected by the carrier and will be returned to Sweet-Pea & Me-Mo’s.
What if my product arrives late? It is always best to order early so your gift will arrive in time for your occasion. During peak times and holidays this is especially important. The shipping times are set by UPS and USPS, and are to be considered guidelines only. Sweet-Pea & Me-Mo’s is not responsible for delays in shipping times. Please remember that we need time to process your order in addition to the carriers' stated shipping time.
What if I change my mind or don’t want the product after arrival? Sweet-Pea & Me-Mo’s diligently strives to meet your expectations when filling your order. Each gift is individually created as it is ordered. Please make sure you correctly state your preferences when completing your order, as a 20% re-processing fee will apply to changes on orders that are already in the assembly process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items or custom orders. Under limited circumstances non-perishable merchandise in new, unopened condition will be considered for return. In this case only, after prior authorization, receipt and inspection of new, unopened products in the original unopened packaging, would credit be given. Should this occur, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
What if my order went to the wrong address? Please make sure you fill out the ship to information correctly at checkout. Contact customerservice@sweetpea-n-memo.com if you do not receive your package within the expected time. If you did not submit the correct address during checkout and the package needs to be re-shipped, you will be billed additional shipping charges by the carrier. If Sweet-Pea & Me-Mo’s was in error, we will of course re-ship the package at our expense.
Why does it take longer and cost more to get a custom basket designed? Though all of our gifts are individually hand-created, the truly customized gift is a treasure to behold! A customized gift would include very specific personalized features (eg. monogramming or special order items). When placing a custom order we may incur additional time and costs to locate specifically requested items for your gift. The design process also requires a little more time to lovingly creating a destinctive gift versus when a standard gift is ordered. We ask that you allow us this extra time to create the perfect gift giving experience for you and the recipient. Therefore, our thought on this is, the more preparation time the better! |
